Moved from Chicago to Boston using this service - very professional pick up and organization, quite quick (about 5 hours for a two bedroom apartment AND additional storage unit) and it really felt like they actually cared about all our stuff and getting it to the destination safely. Not sure everyone’s names but huge shout out to Vasily and his crew for their awesome work and Ron for just talking me through the process like a human.Price even after day-of adjustments was still half the next best I was quoted.

Kosta and his moving team were absolutely wonderful to work with in our move. He is a "crazy" team leader and works with the team to achieve the "impossible," or so it would seem to me! Hard working with dedication to courtesy and kind consideration to accommodate our moving needs. I can't say enough good words to express my appreciation. Now .... The team is not as interest in how I would have packed wardrobe clothes, however Kasta gave detailed attention to packaging the fragile and the delicate items . Arthur and Jonathan came to do our delivery and we very much appreciated them! They were quick and efficient and the whole setup was effortless.Pickup guys on the other hand... Tim specifically was a little difficult to deal with but it was not his fault so I get it.The sales rep Chris did not properly explain anything and while there is documentation that gives the appropriate detail, I urge Chris to ensure he has a full idea of details from the Customer so that there aren't additional charges at the end. Also, Chris - I look forward to the transcript of our call whenever you find it :)In any case, we appreciate the services of all involved!

My stuff arrived BEFORE schedule on the NEXT DAY! The unloading was again smooth, everything arrived in same condition as when they packed it. No damages! I have moved several times in my lifetime and I honestly can say that Egor and Roman were exceptional in caring for my furniture. They took time to wrap properly, (whether it was with shrink wrap, blankets or boxes) they protected furniture with glass and packed to maximize my space in the truck. Egor and Roman were polite, professional and energetic both days.....I would recommend them to you...... I would say that with 24/7 logistic services you must be prepared to pay in cash though.

Overall ok. Guys on truck are terrific. Tim and Javier. Efficient. Professional. Company They changed preferred date of move which was inconvenient . But did show up the next day we had to make new personal arrangements but we got it done.
